In order to ensure accessibility for all Myanmar community, Gen-2 Invaluable  Internet plans are offered starting at a monthly fee of 14,000 MMK.

3. What is the connectivity status of 14,000 Ks plan?
To provide better connectivity and full bandwidth, CPE is installed for not only 14,000 Ks plan but also for all Myanmar Net plans.

4. What is CPE?
CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) is the equipment installed at the place of the Myanmar Net Ah Wa Thone users for better connectivity with full coverage at home.

5. What are the additional services available only with Myanmar Net Internet?
Myanmar Net monthly internet users can enjoy exclusive services such as an OTG Account Cards and Door-to-Door Bill Collection Services.

6. What is OTG Account Card
OTG (On the Go) is a free account with a username and password provided to monthly plan users. It allows you to connect to Myanmar Net Wi-Fi using your phone at any location within Myanmar Net coverage, without any extra charges.

7. Payment method for monthly fees?
Aside from Door to Door Bill Collection service, monthly fees can be paid at Myanmar Net Stores, Resellers , Wave Pay, Citizen Pay and branches of AYA, CB and KBZ Banks , and also their Mobile Banking Apps.

1. What is a prepaid phone internet?
A prepaid phone internet can use with Myanmar Net Account Card, with a username and password for phone internet.

1. What are Ah Wa Thone packs?
Myanmar Net Ah Wa Thone packs allow for unlimited data usage within a specified validity period.

2. What are Speed Internet packs?
Speed Internet packs offer a data limit at a speed of 7 Mbps, usable within a specified validity period.

3. Another pack can be bought after buying 1 Pack?
AWT can be bought up to 3 and Data Packs can be bought up to 4 packs.

4. What are the results for buying 2 or more Packs?
For buying 2 or more Packs, Speeds will be combined for AWT Packs and Data Amounts will be combined for Data Packs. For buying both AWT and Data Packs, Data Pack will be used first always. If Data Pack is used up, AWT Pack will be used if still in valid period.

5. For buying AWT and Data Packs?
AWT and Data Packs can be bought as Scratch Cards (or) Pack Transfer at Myanmar Net Stores, and Resellers. Packs can be also bought at Myanmar Net Application after topping up your Myanmar Net account.

1. What are Myanmar Net Account Cards?
Scratch cards for using the Internet which includes Myanmar Net Account Number and Password and also those Accounts can be used again by topping up.

2. How many devices can be connected with an account card?
Each account card can be used by one device.

3. Where can you buy Myanmar Net Account Cards and Top-up Cards?
Myanmar Net scratch cards can be purchased at Myanmar Net stores, authorized resellers, through the Myanmar Net app, and via Wave Pay.

4. How to check Account usages?
Account usages can be checked at Myanmar Net application (or) www.myanmarnet.com after connecting to Myanmar Net Wi-Fi.

5. What is Auto Buy?
Automatically buying the chosen pack after current internet pack is used-up for the convenience of Customers.

6. How to stop Auto Buy?
When buying for the pack, uncheck the Auto Buy at the bottom of the appeared message.

7. How to look for a MAC Address?
MAC Address (or) Wi-Fi Address can be looked at “Setting>About Device”. (eg. 77:33:C2:09:55:3A)

8. What to do after forgetting the Account password?

Domain Name means an address on the Internet. Domain Name  (e.g www.google.com) which is the address of the website, access the website address on the Internet. Biography, Business Plan etc, can upload to the website on the internet by submitting the Domain Name.  

2. How many types of Domain ?

There are TLD and CCTLD in Domain Name.TLD means Top Level Domain and TLD refers to .com/.org/ .net/ .info/ .biz. CCTLD means Country Code Top Level Domain and CCTLD refers to .com.mm/ .com.jp/ .net.mm/ .com.us/ .net.us
